Custom Home Building Process
Consultation
During an initial consultation, a client can expect our team to discuss the property’s condition and begin examining the objectives and expectations of the project. From this, our team will be able to draw conclusions about the visions for the design and build of the project. This first step will help both parties get to know each other and build trust.

Budgeting
Next, we will consider some deeper expectations of the project such as what the budget is to be set at and what the timeline will look like. Our team at this point will be able to suggest approximate costs for all expenses and a realistic timeline of completion.

Design
Now comes the design. In this stage, we dive into the details and begin to draft a plan. Done with calculations and measurements, our team will draft a proposed design for the project. This draft will be a result of our consultation discussion and the ideal budget. Once we complete it with the client’s revisions, we can move to the next step.

Construction
Once the architectural drawings and related permits have been approved, it’s time for the construction to start. Mondo Homes will walk the client through each step before it happens to ensure everything is going according to the agreed plan. Now the client’s visions become a reality.

Project Completion
Finally, the project is complete. Our team will take the proper measures to have the place cleaned before the client enters it. The supervisor and project manager will then walk the client through the site to inspect it and ensure that they are satisfied with the work done.
